I would like to personally thank Irene of New Orleans Louisiana for sending us this bread pudding with chocolate sauce recipe. To begin the creation process, first you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a two quart baking dish, and melt your butter inside of it. Once all of the butter has melted, stir in your cubed fresh French bread. Moving along, next take out a medium size mixing bowl, and then add in your fresh eggs, beating them lightly. Next add into this same bowl the vanilla extract, kosher salt, 2% milk, white superfine sugar, and fresh ground cinnamon. Whip these ingredients together thoroughly, then add in the bananas, again vigorously stirring the mixture. You are now ready to pour your egg batter into the baking dish, stirring until the bread has an even coating. Next slide the dish into the oven to bake for forty five to fifty minutes, or until you can insert a knife into the dessert and it will come out particle free.
