Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Sandy of Holy Cross Alaska for sending us this blood and chocolate sauce recipe, which incorporates a rare citrus syrup called Torani blood orange. To begin this recipe, you should first take out a small heavy bottom saucepan. Add into the pan the dark semi sweet organic chocolate chips, blood orange syrup, and real salted butter. Heat these ingredients over medium low heat, stirring steadily while the ingredients melt. Once your sauce is thick and silky, add in the ground allspice, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir the second wave of ingredients into the sauce until they are fully disbursed. This chocolate sauce recipe tastes excellent poured over vanilla bean ice cream, waffles, or even spread out across a warm piece of buttered toast. Thank you for checking out this recipe, please be sure to stop by again.
