Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Dorothy of Chubbuck Idaho for allowing us to publish this amazing buttermilk pancakes with chocolate sauce recipe. First take out a cooking pot, and then add in the 2% milk and fresh buttermilk. Heat these contents until they are hot, then add in the butter, stirring it until it fully dissolves. Next remove the pot from the stove, and then quickly add in the white all purpose baking flour, baking soda, and kosher salt. Vigorously stir the contents until you have a creamy buttermilk pancake batter. Moving forward, next take out a large frying pan, and grease it with a little leftover butter. Heat your frying pan, then begin adding your pancake batter into it, flipping each pancake over once that particular side is golden brown. Don't forget to regrease your pan with each new pancake you create. Once all of your pancakes are finished, place them on a plate, and cover them so that they stay warm. Next choose a homemade chocolate sauce recipe from our large selection, or you can even use a store bought variety. Once your chocolate sauce is hot and ready to use, pour it over a plate full of warm buttered pancakes. You can even use maple syrup in addition to the chocolate sauce. We hope that you have enjoyed this delicious breakfast recipe. Please be sure to check out our many other chocolate sauce based creations.
