Preparation Instructions:
The other night I made some delicious homemade cheesecake, and felt it needed some chocolate sauce to drizzle over it. I came up with this cheesecake chocolate sauce recipe on a whim, but do be sure to try it out, as it's absolutely amazing. First take out a small saucepan, and then add in the crushed Torino dark chocolate bar, Sheridan's coffee layered liqueur, ground allspice, extra coarse kosher salt, evaporated milk, softened real unsalted butter, organic Agave syrup, cocoa powder, and ground cinnamon. Heat these contents over a medium flame, and then let them simmer for roughly five to ten minutes, stirring frequently while the chocolate melts. Once you have a nice chocolate sauce with an even blend of ingredients, remove it from the stove to let it cool. Once your chocolate sauce is cool, drizzle it over a freshly cut piece of cheesecake. Obviously this recipe can be used with other desserts as well.
