Preparation Instructions:
Nothing beats a nice strong coffee flavored chocolate sauce. This coffee chocolate sauce recipe was submitted to us by Christian of Klamath Falls Oregon. To whip up this batch of chocolate sauce, first take out a small cooking pot, and then add in the crushed Green & Black's organic dark chocolate bar, strong brewed Gevalia Swiss hazelnut coffee, Fontana vanilla syrup, Monin toasted almond mocha syrup, kosher salt, organic ground allspice, organic ground cinnamon, unsalted butter, and heavy coffee creamer. Heat your cooking pot over a medium flame, and stir the dark chocolate while it melts. When your coffee chocolate sauce is thick and even, remove it from the stove and let it cool. I used this recipe as the flavor base for hot cocoa and cold chocolate milk, however it can be used with many other desserts.
