Preparation Instructions:
As many of you are already aware, Ghirardelli makes absolutely delicious chocolate, so we decided to make an exclusive recipe featuring their brand of ingredients. To kick off this Ghirardelli chocolate sauce recipe, please take out a small cooking pot and set it on the stove. Moving along, next add in the white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweet condensed milk, vanilla extract, real salted butter, kosher salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Heat these ingredients over medium heat, and stir the sauce until all of the chocolate has completely melted. Keep stirring the mixture until the sauce begins to thicken, then remove it from the burner. When I made this, I used it for a fondue dipping sauce. Store the chocolate sauce in a tightly sealed container, and place it in the refrigerator. It will keep for roughly one to two weeks if properly stored.
