Preparation Instructions:
Our webmaster received this gourmet chocolate sauce recipe from Frank who is based out of the Cayman Islands. To get this party rolling as they say, please take out a small saucepan. Moving right along, next add into the saucepan the tiny semi sweet chocolate chips, extra dark cocoa powder, vanilla soy milk, brown muscovado sugar, sea salt, kosher butter, vanilla syrup, ground cinnamon, and ground allspice. Stir these ingredients together using a mixing spoon, then place the saucepan on the stove and heat it over medium heat. As the chocolate chips slowly begin to melt, stir the sauce often just to be sure that they don't burn. Once your sauce is thick and creamy, remove the saucepan from the stove and let it cool off. This sauce tastes excellent used as a cake frosting, chocolate pie filling, cinnamon roll glaze, or the flavor base of a cold chocolate milkshake.
