Recipes that call for chocolate sauce meat glaze are generally at a higher cooking difficulty level, however they are well worth the effort if you can pull it off. I have also dipped cold refrigerated Chinese BBQ pork into chocolate fondue dipping sauce, as well as teriyaki chicken, smoked salmon, and spicy buffalo steak cubes.
