Preparation Instructions:
We received this Krakow chocolate sauce recipe from Iwona of Krakow Poland. To get the recipe started, please take out a heavy saucepan, and then add in the crushed Wawel brand chocolate bar. Heat the chocolate over medium heat, stirring until it has completely melted. Next add in the Sobieski Polish vodka, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and real unsalted butter. Stir this new batch of ingredients until the butter has fully melted, and the sauce is smooth and even. At this point you should remove the saucepan from the burner, stirring it while it cools. You can serve the sauce as a dessert garnish immediately, and then save any leftovers in a tightly sealed container. The chocolate sauce should keep for up to two weeks. We would like to thank Iwona again for submitting the recipe, as it was absolutely divine. Thanks again for visiting our website.
