Anita of Platinum Alaska emailed us this delicious peppermint chocolate sauce recipe. To get the creation process rolling, please take out a medium size saucepan. Pour into your pan the crushed Hershey's milk chocolate bar and Monin peppermint syrup. Heat these two ingredients over medium low heat, stirring until all of the chocolate has completely melted. Next add in the real salted butter, pure Mexican vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon. Stir these ingredients into the melted the chocolate until they are evenly disbursed, and the butter has melted. Once your chocolate sauce is rich and creamy, remove it from the stove and let it slightly cool before serving. This peppermint chocolate sauce is great drizzled over ice cream, or used as the flavor based for coffee or hot chocolate. Thanks for visiting our website.
