Juanita from Gustavus Alaska would like to know which brand of cocoa powder is the best? We highly recommend Hershey's brand cocoa powder, as it seems to be the best out there on the market today. Hershey's has been making chocolate for over a hundred years now, and they have perfected it almost to an art. I know there are lots of detractors that don't like Hershey's products just because they're a large brand name, however I find their cocoa powder to be excellent. Another awesome thing about Hershey's cocoa powder is that you can buy it just about anywhere. In fact I would be shocked to not find it in any grocer. I don't however know how available it is outside of the continental United States. If you find yourself in a location where it isn't readily available, then simply order a bulk quantity of it online, as it will keep for a long period of time.
